Warranty Support Policy
A lot of customers face issue with warranty support after they purchase an item from another online marketplace. Once the item is delivered and return policy days are elapsed, there is no way, they can get help from the online store for the item purchased. We have seen many customers dealing with this issue of finding service centers or support for the item purchased online and get frustrated. At hopeagrotech, we care about our customers and that sentiment is extended even after the purchase of items from hopeagrotech.
Please note that hopeagrotech provides warranty support to the items purchased from us only. Also hopeagrotech reserves the right to deny or accept the warranty claim or other issues.
Warranty Support (within warranty period)
If the purchased item becomes faulty after 2 days after receiving the product under manufacturing defect, then it will come under standard manufacturer warranty terms of the product for which you can do following steps:
1) You will have to Contact our Helpline / Whatsapp Number:+91 9825087673, after communicating with you & understanding the issue, we shall require detail photos & video of the defect, so that we can analyze & issue your Claim.
2) Our Customer Service Centre located in Pune, Maharashtra. If the Product size is small it can be sent by courier, else transported by logistics. We will get the item serviced or replaced by the our service center and ship it back to you. Shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.

How Will I receive my invoice?
We invoice all transactions as per regulations. Once the Product Purchase is made you shall receive a order confirmation at your registered Email Address Also Invoice will be Sent with the Product Ordered.
Incase of Bulk order or Custom Pay Method the Performa Invoice shall be Emailed in Advance & Orginal copy shall be attached with shipped product.
Can I choose Cash on Delivery?
At present we only fulfill Prepaid Orders, COD services are not active at our Portal, once active we shall intimate you, we request you to Subscribe for updates.

How will my product be shipped ? What will be charges in that case ?
Hopeagrotech ships an order free of cost till your Doorstep in case of less weight products under 5 Kg for all orders which product weighs more than 5 kg will be sent by surface logistics by our logistics Partners. The Amount of Courier or Transport is Paid in Advance Hence no Additional Cost will be charged to customers during delivery. This Benifits are applicable for domestic shipping & Customers only.
For international shipping, charges are extra which will be quoted with the order.
Does Hopeagrotech ships Products in my Location ?
Mostly we Ships at all metro city & Villages. You just need to ensure before placing an order that courier service is reliable at your location. If you are not sure you can call us at our Customer care number & Ensure the delivery before placing an order.
Some times, Hopeagrotech prefers not to ship to certain locations. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on Whether the Hopeagrotech ships to your location Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship certain heavy items by ground Logistic Partners while other light items are shipped by air.
We deliver all light weight Orders under 5 KG through our courier partners which will be delivered till doorstep by courier Partners (DTDC Courier | Blue Dart | Professional).
For Products which weighs above 5 KG will be shipped by Logistics Partners till your city, once product has reached your city you will have to arrange a pickup from Logistics partner office / Warehouse (VRL Logistics etc).
For other locations not covered by our shipping partners, we use Indian Speed Post to deliver your orders.
What will be time period Required For order to be delivered ?
For Light Weight Products Under 5 KG : Order will be shipped by Air Couriers Throughout India, It will be delivered within 5-10 Working Days.
For Heavy Weight Products Above 5 KG : Order will be shipped by Surface Logistics Throughout India, It will be delivered within 7-15 Working Days.
For North East India : Orders will be delivered within 10-30 Days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an email notification with a link to track your order. You can also track order at the top right corner on our website. Also your courier details & tracking number details will be given to you in EMAIL & SMS post dispatch.
Online tracking usually goes live within 2 business Days post shipping.
Does Hopeagrotech deliver internationally?
Yes, Hopeagrotech delivers items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries. Our international shipping partner is DTDC | Fedex | DHL for reliable and hassle free delivery.

Returns | Refund |Cancellation Policy

Hopeagrotech will allow Returns / Exchange of products in following cases:
1)Wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues)
3)Damaged product in courier or Logistics.
4)Product different from the image on Website.
But we will not accept Returns in following cases:
1) The product is used | worn or altered.
2) Physical damage to the box or to the product.
3) If returned without original packaging and accessories.
4) If sealed package of branded products is open.
Eligibility for Return | Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
1) Product must be in its original condition.
2) Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted.
3) The complaint should be raised within maximum 3 days after receiving the product.
4) Replacements will be made if the product is available on website or else we’ll refund the amount.

You can raise a return request by Contact us at our helpline number and provide Order ID details. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product.
How to Return a product?
The product has to be returned by Courier or logistics partner by you to our registered address.
Steps to follow to Return a product
The customer should follow the below mentioned steps in order to Return any item. The customer should intimate us through call | email within 3 days of receiving the Product ordered.
Customer has to make sure that
A. The product is unused. Not even once.
B. Brand packaging should remain intact.
C. The invoice should be available.
D. All the tags/labels should be available.
The customer has to make sure that he packs the product in the proper manner and paste the invoice on it. Also Ship the product back to us at our registered address in Pune.
Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time.
In case If any damage/defect is found at the Hopeagrotech end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.

Once cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
